Ms. Shalini William completed her B.Com. in Commerce from St. Ann’s College for Women, affiliated with Osmania University, in 1997 and went on to earn an MBA in Financial Management from the same institution in 1999. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai.

• SAP Certification, AMI Tech Pvt. Ltd. (2014): Completed a certification in SAP, focusing on ERP systems and business process integration.
• Supply Chain Analytics Certification, Rutgers University (2020): Earned a certificate in Supply Chain Analytics from Rutgers University of New Jersey through Coursera, in Supply Chain Analytics, specializing in data-driven decision-making and supply chain optimization.
